I moved into the EOL sector after spending more than 20 years in the fitness industry, which was quite the contrast. One of the biggest motivations was regaining my early mornings so I could refocus on my own exercise, and somewhere along the way I became a 5am cyclist!

My natural ease with people, shaped by my background as an instructor, and the composure and agility I developed as an event manager, helps me “read the room” and build authentic connections quickly. I have a broad range of life experience, and I’m able to meet families where they are, hold space for them, and appreciate interpersonal dynamics. It’s an honour to support our Bare families, and to work alongside my incredible colleagues at Bare.

Outside of Bare, it’s singing, yoga, cycling, and the great outdoors, with family and friends, making the most of this one wild and precious life.
